All orders being shipped to DXB will be shipped at a flat rate of AED12.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Essenzi Perfumes reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
Essenzi Perfumes will not be responsible for insufficient addresses, packages returned to sender.
ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:
- To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
- If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at order@essenzi.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items and all packaging until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item or packaging, we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.
