Return Policy

Items purchased from Essenzi Perfumes may be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. Depending on the product type, issue reported, and condition on return, the item may be replaced or refunded.

Refunds are issued only when all conditions below are satisfied and after Essenzi completes inspection. International shipments are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

Return Conditions

• Product is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging with all inserts, accessories, and labels intact.
• Policy applies to fragrance items. Cosmetics, skincare, and hair care are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Any promotional items, samples, and free gifts received with the order must be returned in good condition; otherwise, their value will be deducted.
• Incorrect or defective deliveries are eligible for exchange or refund upon verification.
• Online orders: Returns must be shipped to the Essenzi.com warehouse address provided during authorization. Retail stores do not accept returns for online orders.

Essenzi Perfumes is not responsible for parcels that are refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, lost/stolen, or addressed incorrectly by the customer.

Condition of Sale: Unboxed Edition Perfumes

Items explicitly designated as "Unboxed Edition" on Essenzi.com are sold at a discount due to damage sustained by the original manufacturer's packaging. These items have been carefully inspected and securely re-boxed into our custom Essenzi.com in-house packaging. The perfume itself remains new, unused, and 100% authentic.

By purchasing an "Unbox Edition" item, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following condition:

• Acceptance of Condition: By purchasing an Unboxed Edition item, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the product will be delivered in our in-house packaging, and the original branded box is missing or damaged.
• Return Exclusion: Returns or refund requests based solely on the condition, damage, or absence of the original manufacturer's box will be denied. We will only accept returns for Unboxed Edition products if the perfume bottle or atomizer is defective, leaking, or the fragrance itself is damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Authorization: Obtain return authorization before dispatch by emailing order@essenzi.com or calling +971 50 218 2520 (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 GST).

Packing & Documents: Pack securely and include the packing slip, or a note with full name, address, phone, email, order/invoice number, and reason for return.

For Online Prepaid Orders

• Cancellation before shipping: there will be no deduction as gateway processing fee.
• Return after shipping: AED 15 deducted as courier return charge.
• Refund release: within 7–10 working days after warehouse receipt and approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Refund method: Essenzi E-Wallet credit.
• Cancellation before shipping: no deduction.
• Return after shipping: AED 15 deducted as courier return charge.
• Refund release: within same day of the return collection after receipt and approval.

All refunds are subject to payment gateway and issuing bank timelines. Shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable except where an Essenzi shipping error is confirmed.
