1. Stock Availability
All online orders placed through Essenzi Perfumes are subject to stock availability. While we strive to ensure that all your favorite fragrances are available at all times, occasional delays or stockouts may occur due to external factors.
2. Out-of-Stock Products
If a product is currently unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” on our website. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and encourage you to check back soon, as we regularly update our inventory.
3. Restocking Updates

HOW WE SHIP
All orders below AED 150 will be shipped to the UAE and will incur a flat rate of AED 12.

All shipping services are not available in all areas. When necessary, Essenzi Perfumes reserves the right to change your delivery method at no additional cost.
Essenzi Perfumes will not be responsible for insufficient addresses, packages returned to the sender.
ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:
- To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
- If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at order@essenzi.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items and all packaging until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item or packaging, we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit. Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of the date of shipment.
