At Essenzi Perfumes, product availability depends on current stock levels. Although we aim to maintain a consistent supply of your favorite fragrances, certain items may occasionally become unavailable due to high demand or supplier delays. When a product is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on our website. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to check back soon for restock updates. For any questions about availability or upcoming restocks, our customer care team is always ready to assist.

Out-of-Stock Products

Items unavailable for purchase are marked “Out of Stock” on the website. Inventory is refreshed regularly; availability may change without notice.

Packaging Standards

All products sold on Essenzi.com are shipped in their original branded packaging to maintain authenticity and quality. For added protection, we carefully secure each item with additional packaging materials to ensure safety and prevent damage during transit. This process helps guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition and is easy to handle upon delivery.

Unboxed Edition Packaging

Please note that all Unboxed Edition perfumes are shipped in our durable Essenzi.com in-house packaging, as the original branded boxes may have been replaced due to import-related damage or other warehouse matters. Despite the absence of original packaging, every order follows the same insured, secure, and quality-controlled shipping standards as our boxed products.

Each applicable product is clearly labeled “Unboxed” on its product page and offered at a reduced price to reflect the updated packaging.

How We Ship

We guarantee fast and dependable delivery across the UAE. All confirmed orders are shipped on the same or next working day. Deliveries within major Emirates typically arrive within 1–2 business days, while remote regions may take 2–4 days.

Orders placed during weekends or UAE public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Not all services are available in all areas. Essenzi Perfumes may adjust the delivery method when necessary at no additional cost.

Essenzi Perfumes is not responsible for insufficient/incorrect addresses or parcels returned to sender.

Important: Until further notice, shipments to the areas listed below are dispatched only on the specified days. Orders to these locations placed outside the scheduled day will be moved to the next available dispatch date.

Delayed Shipping & Exceptions

  • Scheduled-day only: For the areas listed above, dispatch occurs on the stated day(s) only. Delivery may complete within 24–72 hours after dispatch depending on courier routing.
  • Cut-off times: Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on a scheduled day may roll over to the next listed dispatch day.
  • Operational constraints: Extreme weather, road closures/checkpoints, or limited courier capacity in remote/highland zones may add +1–2 business days.
  • Address accuracy: Please include building/villa number, community, landmark, and an active mobile number. Incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns.
  • Contact on delivery day: Our courier may call prior to arrival. Missed calls or unavailability can push delivery to the next run for your area.

Order Revisions / Cancellations / Damages

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Verify product selection and all address fields (apartment/villa, street, city, emirate, postcode) before checkout. Customer-entered errors are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an order arrives damaged, email order@essenzi.com within 7 days of receipt. Retain the item and all packaging until a carrier claim is filed. Discarding the item or packaging voids the claim and any credit. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment date.
