Terms and conditions for ESSENZI:

·         Remote Transactions: For Buyers engaging in remote transactions through our e-commerce platform or customer service line, the process begins with the submission of an order, which serves as a draft purchase agreement. Upon receipt of the order, ESSENZI acknowledges its receipt via email within 7 days. The purchase agreement is then deemed finalized upon the dispatch of the ordered goods, signifying our commitment to fulfilling your purchase.

·         Quantity Limitations: While ESSENZI aims to meet the demands of our customers, we may occasionally impose quantity limitations, particularly during promotional periods or clearance sales. These limitations are designed to ensure fairness and availability of products to all customers, while also allowing us to manage inventory effectively.

·         Order Finalization: Orders placed on our e-commerce platform are confirmed by clicking the "Order" button, indicating your agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined by ESSENZI. 3. Withdrawal for No Reason


·         Extended Withdrawal Period: In accordance with our commitment to customer satisfaction, ESSENZI extends the withdrawal period from the standard statutory 14 days to a generous 90 days from the delivery of goods. This allows Buyers ample time to assess their purchases and make informed decisions.

·         Withdrawal Process: To exercise their right of withdrawal, Buyers must notify ESSENZI within the specified timeframe. This can be done by contacting our customer service team via email or phone. Additionally, Buyers may utilize the model withdrawal form provided on our website.

·         Refund Process: Upon withdrawal from the agreement, ESSENZI promptly refunds the purchase price of the goods within 14 days. For withdrawals made within 14 days of delivery, Buyers are also entitled to a reimbursement of delivery costs. Refunds are issued using the same payment method employed for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

·         Return of Goods: Buyers are responsible for returning the goods to ESSENZI without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. Goods should be returned to the specified address, along with any complimentary items ("gifts") received with the purchase. ESSENZI reserves the right to withhold refund payments until the returned goods, including any gifts, are received.

·         Condition of Returned Goods: Buyers are reminded of their obligation to handle goods with care and only to the extent necessary to inspect their nature, properties, and functionality. Any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund amount. Notably, certain items such as custom-made products or hygienic goods may not be eligible for withdrawal.
