REFUND POLICY

Return Period:

Customers have a window of 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition of Products:

Products must be returned in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Conditions for Return:

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon receipt, customers can request a return.
  • Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is delivered, customers can request a return.
  • Unopened Products: If customers wish to return unopened products without any fault from our side, they are responsible for returning them in good condition.

Return Process:

  • Customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a return.
  • Returns cannot be processed at our physical stores.
  • Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for the courier to collect the products within 2 business days.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the courier will refund the amount at the time of pickup.

  • For online payments, we will process the refund once the item is received, and it will take 7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account.

Return Shipping:

  • If customers wish to replace unopened items without any fault from our side, a shipping charge of 20 AED applies.
  • If we cannot replace the specified item, we will issue a refund after deducting the 20 AED shipping charge.
  • If the customer receives the wrong or damaged item, no shipping charges will be deducted.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • For any issues such as damage, leakage, or incorrect items, customers must provide photos or proof.
  • Returns will only be processed if the issue is verified as genuine.

International Returns:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
